Take your time and stock plenty of tools

These top notch titles and you pay for what you get. The instructions make the installation extremely easy, which could have been easier with another year's Rams 5.7. My installation experience on a 2016 Ram 5.7 4WD was an event from start to finish. from 9 o'clock. I had 1 broken bolt that had to be removed but this was easier. I had to drain the entire exhaust system, move and remove the cross pipe to make room for the headers to be reinstalled. Remove the fender liner and tires and "adjust"…

Great quality, great sound! fits perfectly. great fix for 2014 Ram 5.7L HEMI

Luckily I was able to use a hydraulic lift to install it. It's a pain to install. (not the BBC's fault). I'm pretty mechanical, but it took me and another guy 15+ hours to do the whole job. Most of those hours were due to one of the old bolts not coming out of the block. 2 things I would change/add: These headers have some slotted bolt holes on the flanges which is very helpful. Very happy with purchase, installed Monday

Update 4.22.18-The shop I took my truck to to have it installed had a blast installing it! I apparently had more than a few broken screws. My advice to other Ram 1500 owners is to replace the bolts as soon as possible. I've read that others have had similar installation issues because of how the engine is configured in the engine bay and how close other components are. Looked fine when new

Then you'll spend a whole day installing these headers and if you're lucky they'll last until the end of the warranty. 1 year warranty. You don't want to remove and reinstall those headers every year, but you will if cracked pipes and exhaust leaks don't bother you. These headers were cracked and started leaking a few months ago, but the leak was hard to find. I thought they had a lifetime guarantee against cracked welds like most good headers do. I contacted BBK and they said sorry one year…
