I was delighted to find this product as I have had Shark Ion Robot for a long time and a new brush would be very welcome. The brushes were too long and not the size that originally came with the robot. The vacuum cleaner would not work with these polished brushes because they are VERY large. I tried cutting them off to see if that would help but it still didn't work properly with this mount so I had to take the old ones out of the bin and reattach them. waste of money.

Within a minute of starting a cleaning cycle with one of these brushes installed, my Deebot N79S stops working, gives a loud alarm and reports the error "Main brush failure". the app. Have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, the result is always the same. The vacuum ran every night for about 8 months and I have never seen any error messages other than getting stuck somewhere before trying these brushes. I will be returning them and recommend if you have an N79S not to order them.

My N97's main brush was almost at the end of its life and although I have used other third party products to replace side brushes and filters this was a new purchase for me. I have two Shark ION R85 vacuums and they work great. A few tips: 1. Don't break off the brushes completely. Instead, press down on the brush until it clicks into place and stops turning. Ordered these as the Shark website is currently sold out and no idea when they will be back in stock. Get serious work done. Cheaper than the original, that's for sure. The clicks mentioned in other reviews are due to all the brushes being the same size. This caused them to hit the wheels.
