The cabinet door has a slot on the side near the hinges. The door began to buckle around the gap when I opened it and would eventually break. I used 4 of these on the inside of the door to connect the 2 sides together: 2 on the ends and 2 around the middle. Now it's solid and won't bend anymore. Looking good for life. I used this to reinforce a sagging cedar fence door. The design of the door didn't lend itself to the diagonal braces, so I attached them to each corner joint with stainless steel screws. They worked exactly as expected and the door is holding up great. A note: the screw holes are fairly close together, in a straight line.
