A good product. Arrived on time

Good product. Arrived on time. You will need to purchase screws (make sure they have a flat top and a very small head if you want the head to fit completely in the countersunk slot). The arms are approximately 5/8" wide. This information should be included in the description.

Should last a lifetime

The cabinet door has a slot on the side near the hinges. The door began to buckle around the gap when I opened it and would eventually break. I used 4 of these on the inside of the door to connect the 2 sides together: 2 on the ends and 2 around the middle. Now it's solid and won't bend anymore. Looking good for life. They look thin but are actually strong. I tried to bend it with my hands but I couldn't. I like L brackets more than straight ones because L brackets have more screw holes so they

I used this to reinforce a sagging cedar fence door. The design of the door didn't lend itself to the diagonal braces, so I attached them to each corner joint with stainless steel screws. They worked exactly as expected and the door is holding up great. A note: the screw holes are fairly close together, in a straight line. This can cause the wood to splinter, so I actually set them crooked, about 5-10 degrees from right angles, to avoid putting all the load on the shackle on one grain. It…
