Nice to have custom length

I like it when the color matches the house and it's the right size so the extra cord doesn't sit around and look dirty all the time. I welcome custom sizing.

Misleading description

This cord was very warm, bordering on hot, when used with an item well below the advertised wattage/amp. The heat generated caused the cable to physically rotate and move. If I hadn't stood by him and seen him, he might have started a fire. Would only recommend this for extremely low power items like a table lamp.

THIS IS NOT A POLAR PLUG!

This is not polarized plug. "Suitable for polarization" is a misleading description. A two-prong plug of the same shape and size as this product is considered non-polarized. With non-polarized plugs, you can't tell which pin is hot and which is neutral because the metal pins are the same. All non-polarized plugs are "suitable" for installation in a polarized outlet, but this product does not provide a complete circuit within the circuit by keeping the hot-wire prong on the hot-wire side of the…
