Booking Engine for the hotel industry

The UI is very simple and intuitive to use, and the customer service is also very good. They have a lot of add-ons and features that are very useful for the hotel industry. It is very difficult to integrate the booking engine with other software (like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Hubspot). I also have to use two different browsers to do my work. I also don't like that I can't book a room for a guest who is not yet a customer. I have to email the guest and ask them to book. This is very time…

  • Very easy system in which you enter all your information about each client/guest into one place instead having multiple spreadsheets or documents scattered across various systems; it makes everything easier!
Cons
  • When using this product there really isn’t much downside besides minor things here &there

Overall positive experience with Room-booking and Xrate

The whole system works extremely well for us! They have great customer service as they are constantly listening into our requests (and implementing). I wish there was more customization of their UI though - it's very basic looking in my opinion so that could improve things if we were able find an artist willing o spend some time helping out here at this point :) For booking rooms from various properties across multiple brands/groups within one platform like ourselves using both room blocks &…
