I bought this handy car tire changing tool, I was trying to break the bead on a Mercedes 215 R 16 tire and they wouldn't budge, the xb-450 bead breaker did the job in ten minutes , it's easiest to break the stuck bead, lubricate where you want to wedge the bead puller and it will slip with minimal effort, tighten the side bolt until the top bolt is perpendicular to the tire and pull tighten the top screw. until the pearl is off, very useful and ingenious.

I finally started using it about a year after purchasing it. There was some corrosion on the bead surface on the inside of the wheel that needed to be repaired. It was easy enough to break the shoulder after removing the valve stem. The only caveat is not pushing the bead down far enough or far enough to cover a 6 inch area at a time. I have 2 full size tire changers in my shop I can change any tire I thought. We have a golf cat in the shop that needs tires well it doesn't fit my cars and the local golf cart shops charge me $20 a tire and no matter how hard I tried I couldn't kick the bead after trying each trick i started looking and found a bead buster xb 450 and let me tell you this thing works and is easy to use and yes i have also tried it on a full size 12 ply trailer tire and has there it also works. I received a bead scraper for three sets of sport ATV rear tires. It really helped and broke all my beads. The problem was that on one pair of tires I had to slide the bead buster all the way to the inside of the rim.
