Broke on first use! No turning back!

I punched a hole in 24 gauge sheet copper (which isn't very thick) and the screw that's supposed to make the hole broke in half when I removed the metal from it. Then the screw got stuck in my metal and I had trouble getting it out. The worst thing is that the seller does not allow the return of this item. I have had the item for less than a week and this is the first time I have used it. Bad quality and bad policy. Not returning defective goods or even exchanging them is a bit ridiculous.

I will no longer be using this tool

Maybe my expectations of this tool were too high. I expected a clean hole on dead soft, annealed 24 gauge copper. Although the tool drilled a hole in the copper, it deformed the copper plate. See photos. Also, I was expecting the pin to punch a hole, similar to how hole punches work, but that's not the case with this tool. Instead, because the pin is larger than the hole, the pin pushes against the hole instead of through it. I'm not exactly sure why the hole is there in the first placeโ€ฆ

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY.

I purchased this product in January 2015. Until yesterday I would have given it a five star rating, but yesterday the smaller pin (1.5mm) inside the component broke, necessitating the purchase of a brand new damper. (If the needle broke off and didn't get stuck, I could save $3 and just order a replacement needle.) You'd be thinking, well, she's been on this thing for 2+ years, what's she complaining about? My (admittedly rather mild) disappointment is that I have NEVER used it on anythingโ€ฆ
