Almost perfect for my 2005 G35 coupe

Sturdy construction. Comes with a seal that many others don't have. Fits almost perfectly in my 2005 G35 coupe. As mentioned, the screw is shorter than the OEM one. However, I was able to use it with a percussion gun.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Only available in black

Works great on '04 350z!

works great! Fits perfectly in my 2004 350z. That and the camber was an easy fix for front tire wear. Will definitely buy again! Better investment than replacing the entire lower arm, just replace the lower ball joint.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons

Fits well, only criticism is that it doesn't have one.

Fits well, only criticism is that it doesn't have a real castle nut and due to the fact that the bolt is shorter than the factory bolt it won't screw in far enough to to use the pen. I had to buy a separate castellated nut to make it work.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • I have no particular complaints about it, everything is fine

MUCH BETTER than buying $400 knuckles just to replace the ball.

Finally arrived. This is not in the photo but for my 06 350z base all the parts needed were included. I had to use a slightly smaller cotter pin. The threads are just a hair shorter than the OEM and I didn't want to over tighten the nut. All in all, MUCH BETTER than buying $400 knuckles just to replace the ball joint. Note: Make sure you remove your boot. You will destroy the locking ring if you press on it. Ask me how I know.

Pros
  • GOLS certificate
Cons
  • Big and bulky

The only ball joint that will fit

Infiniti does not sell this part separately. Instead, they sell the entire knuckle for over $400. There are several aftermarket ball joint suppliers, but my mechanic has had a lot of time finding the right ones. The problem is that the ball joint fits into the tapered bushing and neither ball joint fits into the existing bushing on my 2004 2WD G35 sedan. Beck Arnley found a simple solution to this problem - they added tapered bushings with ball bearings. The inside of the hub is machined to…
