🚦 Beck Arnley 201-1087 Brake Light Switch Review

I don't normally write reviews but I had to. I installed this switch on my Harley and the first time I pressed the brake pedal it leaked brake fluid so I bought it from the dealer and it works great.

I needed a low pressure brake light switch as the car doesn't have power brakes. The old one didn't turn on when you slowed down. This worked great.

Had a problem with leaking plastic on switch and contacted seller, received a new unit within a day Very impressed with the service Installed a second transmitter and it also leaked the plastic Must be supplier error Returned both units

This is the worst crap I've ever bought from Revain! Liquid immediately ran through the case. The only good thing was that the fast shipping gives me time to buy the best. I would only buy one more if I needed slingshot ammo.

My 1966 Volvo has a large dent in the fender because this part is defective. I was lucky that thanks to this detail nobody was injured when the brakes failed. I trusted the Beck Arnley name and trusted that the part would be of good quality. I wish I had never bought this part.

Just installed this item along with a new master cylinder on my '65 Bus and during a test drive after the bleed procedure I noticed brake fluid leaking from the brake light switch. enough to drip onto my driveway. I am very disappointed in this product and would not recommend wasting your money on it. You sure get what you pay for

I was hoping it would work because the price is right, but once again I hit the 'you get what you pay for' saying. I am not discouraged and will continue to negotiate here at Revain, but this derailleur came out of the Bakelite end of the derailleur (rather than the threaded end) on initial installation. My discount hunt was made possible by Revain's excellent return policy, which I think is the best in the business. If you don't have the luxury of replacing an item, it's probably better to pay

Leakage on the side of the switch connector, so not only leaked the brake fluid, but the brakes became soft. front and leaked over all two connectors and cables. Tried to contact support but no response by review date. I would avoid this switch and spend a little more on a different brand. It seemed cheap at first and was lighter than what I was replacing on, but I guess you get what you pay for. in these days. EDIT: Support contacted me and Revain refunded my money.
