I can't tell if they changed their formula or if it's not from TIGI but I can tell you this product used to be thick and held like crazy but now it's much thinner and is holding up nothing at all. I have no idea what it's actually supposed to do as my hair is very thin and easy to hold and it doesn't even remotely begin to hold my hair in place. The only thing that seems the same is the smell haha

Great price - I tried buying them locally before buying them online and they were VERY expensive - so I had to buy them that way. My only complaint about the product is that the inner foil of the lid keeps peeling off and making a mess. You need to figure out the best way to package this product.

Wonderful product for texturizing. Works best on short to medium hair. I don't wash my hair every day but I use this head manipulator every day after styling and it doesn't build up or make it greasy. Just great texture and control.

I received my order a few days ago. Last night I opened both the jars I ordered and found that the manipulator is liquid and liquid! This is not the consistency it should be! I assure you I probably haven't used anything other than this product in the last 8 years so I know how it should look and feel. What I have is honestly not. Strange because I've ordered here before with no problems. I thought maybe my containers were stored somewhere and got warm? I have no idea what caused it, but it was

somehow it's nasty. it doesn't emulsify like the jar I bought at the store. more like thick glue! I used it for about a week and it was so hard to emulsify. It just stays on your hand or finger at the right consistency. Do not use! I was so hoping this would be the same product I bought in the store
