parts have been cut inside, my personal chip does not fit, the buttons are almost unresponsive and the battery is dead, and it is unrealistic to get someone to use it to cut out.

Error programming this key using Ford's "two working keys" method. Since the key was cut out, the seller wouldn't accept the return and recommended contacting a locksmith for programming (an additional $40-60). I do NOT recommend this key.

I bought this for my 2004 Ford Mustang and then took it to a Ford dealership. The remote will lock and unlock the car but will NOT start. The Ford dealer stated that the programming had failed. I received a bad keychain? Except for what that little black plastic piece that goes with it is. My rating will be higher when the key starts my car.

Ordered a pair of keys for my 2003 Ford F-150. I checked the numbers and it should work. I went to the dealer, they couldn't get them to program. Keys can lock and unlock the door with a key, but not with buttons. Very dissatisfied with it as I checked everything I could before buying! I only give 1 star because 0 is not an option!

I received this and followed the instructions to program it onto my '06 Ford F150 door locks and it worked fine. Big! I threw away the packaging. I then took it to a locksmith who informed me that no transponder was found in it so they had nothing to program. I see others saying it worked for them so maybe this one was defective but it will never start my truck anyway.

Ordered this for my 2004 Ford Escape which was listed as fitting. The remote opens the car but the ignition does not start when the key is removed. Because it was cut open, the seller wouldn't take it back and offered to WhatsApp my locksmith - I doubt a Home Depot or top-notch employer would care.
