Misleading Power Strip & Surge Protector Product

The inside of the box is NOT what is shown on the box! The Belkin power strip in the box has only one phone in and one phone out. The picture of the box shows two telephone sockets! Also, the device itself doesn't even look like it's pictured on the physical box (and website). Also, I have three Belkin power supplies and NONE of them list the Jewels rating on the power supply itself! This actual "Protection" information is only printed on the box, which doesn't even accurately reflect what's…

A really good product from an equally good company.

Really good product from an equally good company. Note: I don't have PRIME as Revain.com does NOT support their BS markup service and has gotten WORSE since they started promoting it so heavily. in the delivery of goods not PRIME. My experience with Belkin has always been very good. Therefore, I generally recommend every product. Their customer service, namely their delivery, STELLAR packaging. This product is good because it is durable, the white color is not easy to scratch (matte type), and…

Strange plug. fits surge protector

Four stars because it has a fun plug. Five stars if they made a regular fork. But this one goes to the right. That is, if your setup is all the way to the left, the cable goes to the right and then far away from the wall, allowing it to flex sharply to the left. So you can't lean it against a wall and put it away. You know how those thick cords are when they go the wrong way and only when they twist. It's made to go right. It doesn't go straight down. Sorry, but not everyone installs right from

Works well and nicely designed. See Photos

Shipping as shown on photo and description. I was a bit worried about the super low price, thinking maybe this model was discontinued due to issues, but we had good experience with Belkin products so I went with this one. Lean forward as instructed. The length is also right. True white, not almond, so looks good with a white rosette and rug where it can be seen. The on/off switch is effectively located at the end of the cord exit, making it difficult to turn it off accidentally. Additionally…

The power cord is garbage! Stay away!

This thing exploded the second I plugged it in, turned off the light, and burned my $1,000 monitor! I am a scientist and do a lot of important work on the PC. That’s why protecting data and devices with a quality surge protector strip is paramount in my case. I've been using the regular ones for a while, but I was a bit worried about the quality. Belkin seemed like a solid option, despite some negative comments. The extension cord itself seems cheap (like most of them). The worst part was that…

This product is powered by Belkin

My 5 year old 55" LG TV and receiver have burned out, apparently due to a power surge. I was so frustrated that I checked and found that both were plugged into a Belkin power strip/strip at the time. After filing a claim with Belkin and inspecting the extension cord, they determined that their extension cord was defective and wrote me a check for the written-off cost of the TV and receiver. Because of Belkin's support for their product, I have replaced all surge protectors/surge filters in my…
