For the price you should be able to add a dual screen to the monitor. I had to go back and buy a VGA display port to get the dual screen I needed.

It works but not very well. Both monitors must be the same. There may be a dual extended display, but it's unknown how long it will last. I finally gave up. I ended up buying a graphics card that supports dual displays. Don't waste money.

Works for Linux or at least Ubuntu 16.04. I have an NVIDIA Quadro K420 and I mirrored two outputs at first, but after updating the drivers to the latest version it worked. The product itself is good and I probably would have given it 4 stars if the information hadn't been left out, if the description wasn't there and if it hadn't taken several tries and a few wasted hours of time to find out to get it running stably. The description says no external power is required, which is both true and false.
