An ashtray that doesn't look like an ashtray and will add a touch of flair to your trip. To date I haven't had any problems with it. The flip-top lid closes securely for easy emptying and no mess. Add some unscented cat litter, it eliminates odors and is a reliable material to prevent cigarette butts from smoldering. Deducted 1 star for some scuffing on the side even though it came in a plastic sleeve. Manufacturing defect or earlier return?

Great car ashtray. There are two snuffs in it, and why do you need snuff? With snuff you can quickly and completely extinguish your cigarette before throwing it in the ashtray. In this way there is no smoldering fire or fire in the ashtray. For this reason I threw away 3 car ashtrays. Who lets their car burn? This one is metal and has two working spouts, making it the easiest and safest ashtray I've ever used.

I smoke too, unfortunately I can't stand the smell, especially ashtray. I recently took it on vacation and loved it. Have tried several others without success but this one does the job. Cigarettes will not fall out of the mouthpiece, there is no smell after closing the lid, it is easy to clean. And it doesn't look like an ashtray. I don't know about you, but I'm ashamed that I still smoke and I don't want to promote it. I put about a quarter cup of baking soda in the bottom - easier to empty…

It's really beautiful. Looks the same as in the picture. Washing is also easy. I had to let it air dry after partially drying it with a paper towel. The only thing I want is light because I don't see it when driving in dark places. Although I can usually tell where the hole is or feel where it is. This is the nicest car ashtray I have ever seen and the rim is holding up well too. There are 2 metal circles on each side of the cigarette holder, so you can have everything you need while driving. Last time I checked, smoking cigarettes in a private car wasn't illegal. However, automakers these days routinely rule out built-in ashtrays, perhaps in the smug belief that they're doing their part to help people quit smoking. There are enough cup holders scattered around the car to hold six cans of beer, but god forbid smoking! Unfortunately, people continue to smoke recklessly in their cars, only now they're forced to throw lit cigarette butts out the window or construct a dirty alternative…
