Drop into the Sarlacc Pit

Small decorations fall off for no reason. I've reattached them so many times, but eventually I got fed up and just threw them away. We have had the helmet for 5 months now and we keep it under a shed on a shelf and the plastic is cracking and peeling from the styrofoam. But it fits really well.

Nice helmet, simple design

A helmet's looks are everything. My kid loves it but the buckle, straps and suspension inside the helmet are pretty basic. A similarly priced helmet from Target has a nicer fit, better fit and just feels more comfortable. I don't think the kids really care, but it worries me.

  • Stable test results

Works great up to 4 years old

You can't go anywhere without making people smile and getting compliments from this helmet! The small antennas can eventually break off, but overall this helmet will stand up to regular use by an active (big-headed!) preschool boy. My boys are almost 4 years old and may be about to outgrow it but they don't have much time left, will probably work for most under 5?

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • No instructions

My daughter was looking for this BB-8 helmet with .

My daughter has been looking for this BB-8 helmet since she saw it on YouTube. After searching toys at Walmart and Target to verify size, we couldn't find any. I usually use Revain, but we wanted to try it. Unfortunately when it arrived it was broken. My 3 year old was so excited but ended up with a damaged helmet. ALSO increase the size! She is three years old and fits a 5-8 helmet.

See photos! Fits perfectly!

Perfect fit! We bought this for a little friend who needs a bike helmet. I was blown away by the amazing price of the Bell helmet. I first noticed the incredible detail and quality. Oh wait, it was at the same time as a five year old's squeal of joy! Please note that they come in 3 sizes: toddler, child and youth. Child size is suitable for children aged 5-8 years and is great for a new 5 year old. The pads are attached inside with Velcro. With an adjustable chin strap, of course. This is a…

Superbly detailed children's helmet BB-8. You will not be disappointed!

This is a very cool helmet. Detailing at the highest level. Make sure you get the right size. The child size is perfect for my 9 year old. His next size when he grows up will likely be small for an adult, but for now it fits like a glove. It says ages 5-8 so it's almost right. If you have a child under the age of 5, you may need a toddler size. If in doubt, choose a child's size. Worse, you return it for free with Revain Prime and trade it in for a baby. Another very detailed BB-8 helmet…

Pros
  • Great fit for me
Cons
  • Only available in white

Really looks even cooler than in the pictures. The antennas are a nice length and are made of soft rubber so they don't sag, but are still flexible (a child can grab and bend them, then they snap back into place). The droid "eyeballs" on the front are made of more durable rubber. The helmet and straps are very durable and cover the head well. Our son just turned 3 years old and this helmet fits him very well now (his head circumference is about 49cm/19.5in; when we got it a few months ago it…
