The first thing that strikes me is that it is mysterious to open. Then when you have read the instructions on Youtube it will be difficult to open it. Second, the menu navigation is not easy. At first the battery compartment was difficult to open. It requires two hands, and even then it's not as easy as it should be. Second, the SD card should snap into place easily. It's not like this. My husband had to use the handle to slide it far enough to latch it because the compartment (in the same place as the batteries) was so shallow he couldn't get his finger in to slide the SD deep enough .
