It worked when I cleaned it. I was so excited. I wanted to make my first cup of coffee with it and it stopped working properly. I emailed the seller and he wanted photos and video which I sent. They emailed me back saying it was very bad and told Revane about it. No thanks. Revain returned the money because I don't need a product with such a company's customer support!
