By relocating the wheel mounting point a.k.a. spindle pin higher on the spindle casting, our engineers were able to provide a 2-3" lowering without affecting any other suspension or steering geometry, not even the shock absorber. Belltech Drop Spindles offer a 2 or 3 inch drop depending on the application. While improving handling and retaining factory ride quality; Belltech spindles maintain critical suspension geometry and eliminate excessive ball joint, shock and tire wear common to other methods of lowering. Each spindle is built from OEM grade high strength ductile iron, providing the structural integrity to meet and exceed all factory specifications & requirements. OEM ride quality with added performance, control and comfort.

Not suitable for standard bikes. ATTENTION!

Well I have 17 inch rims with zero millimeter offset on a 1997 Silverado two wheeler. The shop that installed them said they rub the lower arm so hard I can't even turn the steering wheel a quarter turn. Couldn't leave the garage. the truck is in captivity until monday and hopefully spacers behind the wheels will fix the problem. Otherwise, I have to spend $1,800 on 20-inch rims and tires.

Increases turning radius

You can see right away that this is the excellent quality you have come to expect from Belltech. I have a '99 Suburban and these spindles drop the front end exactly as advertised. The only thing I have for them is that they made my turning radius even bigger than it already was, almost like they were made that way on purpose. I may need to change where they meet my lower control arms to give a tighter turning radius.
