Good product in shock strut and suspension area

Beltech make excellent products and it is very easy to fit them on a lowered shock absorber better than the original manufacturer and they leveled the truck well.

Pros
  • Package Weight: 4.717kg
Cons
  • Repair

Good product - shocks, struts and suspension

Beltech make great products and it's very easy to install better than OEM with a lower shock and get the truck lined up nicely.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Avoid these serious shelf life issues.

They're great at first, but plan on replacing them often because the bottom bushings suck. After about a year and a half I found mine was falling apart. I called Belltech and they told me the bushings are only covered by a 1 year warranty. They don't just sell bushings. So. You're fine and you're screwed. Stay away from it and spend more money on lowering the springs or wishbones, it's worth it in the long run.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Hard to say

Look and perform great!

That's great! I was very concerned about the ride quality as they compress the stock spring, but the ride quality is actually better! The truck seems to handle better and roll a lot less, but still absorbs road conditions, as does the OEM height. I used these on my 2009 F150 to lower it 2" in the front to match the 2" drop brace in the rear. Installation took about 2.5 hours. Installation is fairly easy, but I would recommend using thread lock when installing the screws. Don't forget to line up

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Zero
