This is a good 'small' "Epaulette, and even small for that purpose. . I'm going to leave it worn over a sundress just above the shoulders.

Love this hip scarf! I also have it in white and it's one of my favorites. It's shiny but not too shiny, and the tassels at the ends are long and don't tangle. Bought to wear to an upcoming gig but I wear it to practice and it's great. Good quality at a great price. I highly recommend.

This wasn't what I was hoping for. flowing brushes. This is a cheaper imitation of it. Everything is fine, but I will not order another one. Edited 7/25/16 -- No, don't order this unless you want to toss small brushes around the studio. This started shortly after I wrote the original review.

Very cute scarf that makes the slightest noise when moving. It's really nice because you can hear your movements but you're not obsessed with the volume of the coin belt. The sequins are a little bigger than I imagined, but they're not bad. However, my cat really wants to eat this scarf because of them. If you have a four-legged friend who likes to eat plastic, make sure it's out of their reach!

Works well with the rest of the belly dance ensemble and looks great on its own. Personally, I'm not a fan of glitter shit, but it's thin enough that I can take it. The plastic sequins match the scarf well without detracting from its elegance, but are still able to reflect light at just the right angle and shimmer as you move. Although it has small pieces of sequins sewn in, it doesn't give it the "cheap kid suit" that I associate with sequins. However, this scarf is not really meant to be held
