Belt Clip Holster for Otterbox Symmetry iPhone 11 - Case not Included Review

This phone clip is amazing! I use it with an iPhone 11 that has an Otterbox Commuter case. The phone fits easily into the case and is very secure. The belt clip is sturdy and twisted and doesn't leave marks on my leather belt like some other clips. I use this clip everyday to carry my phone around. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.

Nice design allows iPhone to be hung vertically or horizontally on belt. It would also be nice to have an accessible third leg that slips out of the spring-loaded belt clip to allow the iPhone to stand on a table while watching videos or video conferencing. BUT I'm very disappointed that the top of the spring clip that allows you to put the belt on and off cuts into my side when I'm sitting. My company used to supply Otterbox Defender cases for all of their iPhones. until now. I recently received a new iPhone 11 to replace my old iPhone and it came with an Otterbox Symmetry case. which DOES NOT include a belt clip. I bought this holster in 2019, the clip on top that helps secure the phone broke in December 2020. I contacted Encase and they sent me a replacement with the reply that I would only get a free replacement. The replacement broke in the same place this month January 2021. There seems to be something wrong with this clip because if the phone hits the ground the wrong way, the clip will break in half. I tried to glue it like crazy but it didn't work. I've been using the Otter Box Defender case for my iPhone 5 for 7 years. Now with the much larger iPhone 11, the case just felt huge.
