Love it! Watches: Watch Straps

So I decided to do another job that requires a different degree. My BSN program requires a watch with a second hand - I already had a great easy to read watch (Timex Easy Reader) BUT the strap was leather and since I bought it from Nordstrom years ago the strap has split into layers of leather. I went to several malls to find a replacement band but since the face is so big they didn't have anything. I went to the Timex website, got the specs and went to Revain. They've had a couple of 20mm…

Great strap replacement for my Casio!

My original Casio rubber strap broke so I ordered a new one to replace it but I needed a more comfortable strap. I found this silicone band with built in easy to install spring retainers and it's great. It was very easy to install. I was concerned about the small knobs that allow for adjustment, but I don't feel them at all. The silicone strap is softer than the resin strap. The finish resembles a matte leather strap and the stitching is a very nice touch. This 18mm strap is perfect for my…

Fast and easy attachment

I bought two of these belts: one for me and the other for my husband. We love the fact that the strap is silicone and if it gets wet or needs a wipe it's done quickly. We have a Galaxy watch and while the straps aren't quick to unbuckle, they were easy and quick to put on! I love the comfort of the padded straps and the design that's reminiscent of a real watch strap with stitching. I replaced the silver buckle with rose gold which made it pretty cute! My only "complaint" is that they're a…

I have replaced the leather strap that came with my Skagen.

I replaced the leather strap that came with my Skagen Holst with this benchmark strap. The teeth that attach the tension rods to the canvas are tapered and the tape included in the kit is tapered from 22mm to 20mm. I bought 20mm benchmark tape and used the 22mm pull rods that came with Skagen. The 22m rods were slightly larger in diameter but were easy to thread through the benchmark strip. I have thin wrists and the shortest hole on the Benchmark strap starts at the same point as the holst…

Much nicer than I expected!

Just arrived today so I can't confirm longevity. However, I am very impressed with the build quality and attention to detail on this bracelet. Soft and flexible rubber fits my wrist perfectly. Just right in size. I have several leather, metal, canvas and rubber straps. My two biggest complaints about all of my straps are that they are either too short or too flimsy. This strap is the perfect length. Also, to my pleasant surprise, it's not paper thin like other rubber or leather straps. From…

Good quality strap with decent pins and tools

First impressions: The silicone rubber is very soft and smooth, very comfortable. It fits my relatively small wrists fairly well at the penultimate hole, and I attached it to my Seiko fairly easily using the tool provided (I scratched it a bit, but that was my fault). Side seams are a nice aesthetic touch, but we'll see how well they hold up over time. The pins provided are thinner than the standard pins and are slightly bent after putting the strap on and taking it off once. However, they…
