Benereef - Specially Formulated Reef Lining

Hey Benereef, how about we design packaging that won't fall apart during shipping? Or was it Revane who sent me an open container? Even after a few minutes of soaking in the aquarium water, some particles remain so hard that even wrasse spit them out. My akans and blastos don't like it either, they just shrink as I sprinkle sand on them . So in my case it's not technique or food. 1 star. If the seller is interested, I will be happy to provide further evidence.

Take it or leave it

to take or leave when it comes to benepets, I didn't quite get the answer I was hoping for with my coral . I've tried feeding them on the spot, scattering them around the tank etc and I couldn't get the reaction I usually get with Reef Roids. I'm not saying this is terrible food for corals, it's just not for me and my corals, I prefer roids. But it has never messed up my water quality or anything, I will use what I have left to mix in my steroids a bit while I feed to see how it works.

Very welcome and animals love it

I was a bit skeptical when I heard some people praising this reef food in some Facebook groups. Back then I was using Reef Roids which my corals really liked. I just hated having to do water changes after feeding Roids because the phosphorus levels shot up from the food. After some pressure from other hobbyists, I decided to give Benereef a try. I ordered this stuff last year and my old container of Reef Roids has been gathering dust ever since. My corals love it, it doesn't foul my tank with…

Doesn't seem to increase phosphates like other foods. Cores like it

Great product. My corals love it. Does not increase phosphates or other water parameters. If used as directed, the aquarium becomes cloudy, but clears up after 20 minutes. I set the circulation at 18-19 times per minute with filter floss and a 100 micron buffing pad. Lots of copepods and phytoplankton. No chemicals are used except for coral diving. Clownfish are crazy about it. Revane replaced the first order as they lost it. I have a size of 40 g. It will last a long time since you don't use…

Immediate polyp expansion and growth

I am recycling a 40 gallon tank that I had previously installed. Left the country and had to sell all my corals because I could only find people who could feed the fish not the corals. When I got back I started buying new coral while cruising around in the new tank and kept the fish and coral in another smaller tank. I gave away most of my reef food so I decided to try reef food. After the first dose I saw an immediate increase in polyps on my new Hammer, Torch and Octopus as well as a few Sps…
