The folds never smooth out. It should be rolled up. Some folds are so pronounced that food and objects on the table get caught in them. They're more like plastic parts. For the past few weeks I've tried various methods to smooth them out with no success.

I bought this to protect our formal dining table. In the photo it looks like a thick and high quality vinyl case. But the one I received has the same quality and smell as a cheap shower curtain. It doesn't have the weight or thickness to drape the edges of the table well. Also, they're very crumpled, and I'm not sure they'll come out over time. Looks too cheap for my taste.

Bought for my wooden table. CANNOT get creases covering the entire surface as it will be folded for shipping. I've tried books, a hair dryer, and a tumble dryer, and nothing seems to get rid of the wrinkles. The tumble dryer made it even more wrinkled. I even asked for a replacement Revain thinking I had received a bad one, the second one sent was the same. If you want a nice clear vinyl tablecloth with a flat surface, this isn't it. If you are ok with wrinkles then this is for you.

This is a clear plastic tablecloth or tablecloth cover. Bad: There is an odor that eventually went away. There are wrinkles from the wrinkles that haven't gone yet. Other reviewers recommend a hair dryer to get rid of the wrinkles. I haven't done it yet. Although I haven't tested it, it doesn't seem to be heat resistant. This tablecloth protector is exactly what I was hoping for in terms of material, weight, thickness, etc. It has stitching around the edges to make it more durable and durability is always a plus when you have three kids. . I don't understand why there are so many reviews about the creases on this vinyl table top. How did you expect to receive a screen protector for a 70 inch or larger round table?
