This is a clear plastic tablecloth or tablecloth cover. Bad: There is an odor that eventually went away. There are wrinkles from the wrinkles that haven't gone yet. Other reviewers recommend a hair dryer to get rid of the wrinkles. I haven't done it yet. Although I haven't tested it, it doesn't seem to be heat resistant. Although it can be cut with scissors to change size, the edges are finished with white thread so it can be seen once all four edges have been trimmed. Pros: It's durable (although not heat resistant). Looks great. Fulfills the function of protecting the table underneath and being transparent.
