Berroco Vintage DK Yarn Breezeway Review

The most important thing about this yarn is that it doesn't weigh 0.5 pounds per skein as advertised, but only 100g per skein. I bought three pieces, but only got 300 grams instead of 1.5 kilos. For the price I could buy better yarn. The yarn is soft, you can sew clothes out of it.

I don't even know how to describe how soft this yarn is and how flexible it is to work with. It has a little elasticity, which is great for knitting clothes. I have trouble when taxes come in knowing I will be ordering more of this yarn. Perfect for baby clothes, even an adult sweater or baby blanket. It's worth every penny!

I love Berrocco Vintage DK! I ordered two colors of DK yarn that I accidentally wanted - I just wanted Berrocco Vintage yarn for an Afghan project I'm working on - but I'm glad I did! I'm using DK yarn on another project right now and I just love it. I love the sky blue I use and love the quality and weight of this yarn.

I have just knitted a Knit Purl Hunter lace scarf. I didn't want the recommended silk, linen, ? and found this yarn - the same weight and size. Maybe not as drapey as silk, linen, but it turned out wonderful and great. It has over 1000 meters. I washed and tied - the yarn looks beautiful. Can't wait to use it this fall and winter. Try it, you will like it.
