It didn't help at all - other brace type products are much more useful - After 5 hours of wearing my knee started to hurt more

I am still learning the proper/best use of the product which will require experimentation to determine if it should be placed over the patella, over or under in my case . If I finally find that it doesn't work, it's not a product defect. but instead my need doesn't match what they are intended for. The product is reliable.

Sometimes I wear them to bed! My knees have been a problem my whole life. Now with arthritis and age they get twisted when I turn over in bed. It is painful. No, I'm not a runner, but this product saves me from pain when it comes unexpectedly. If I lose or wear them out, I'll buy again. The only downside is that the velcro sometimes touches the skin behind the knees.

This is the best I have tried. It puts pressure exactly where I need it, on my arthritic kneecap. I like that it is very compact and easy to install. I would only make one suggestion: the back strap needs a little padding next to the skin. But then I wear mine for all sorts of activities, including sitting and standing. It's a little rough on the back of the knee.

This brace was a dream when we first got it. This was the first brace that actually eliminated my son's knee pain and stayed in place. Velcro on both sides for quick adjustments on the fly was way better than any other brand we tried. HOWEVER, after a month or so, these braces are doing the same as any other braces.
