My mattress arrived very quickly. Nicely packaged. When I opened the box my mattress was plastic and rolled up. As I cut through the plastic, I saw and heard it expand at the same time. There was a slight odor which is to be expected but nothing bad and I have no doubt it will go away within a day. This mattress has everything written in other reviews EXCEPT it is NOT cool to sleep on. At least not for me. I have 3 other memory foam mattresses and this is the hottest of them all. At night I have to move several times to get out of the hotspot. Also, the foam has good stiffness and even though it's only 7 inches, I can't get through it and I'm a big guy.
