Lasted a few months then accidentally broke the switch. Strange because we never used the switch but found it in the on position with no power one morning. The power turns on when we hold down the switch, but doesn't stay on. Update, a company representative contacted me about a malfunction. They were kind enough to send a replacement. I'm not sure if it would be better, but it was a good gesture.

Purchased less than a year ago. Perfect fit for my store and I love the power plug. The switch hasn't worked for about 2 months. It started with turning the power on and off, and now the switch has to be taped if I want it to stay on, which seems very dangerous, so it's just junk now. I expect better and more durable products from Bestten.

I found this to be a quality product - well designed and finished. The seller sent the goods immediately and carried out a quality check on receipt. It was easy to install and you could install it in a variety of ways, which I found refreshing. Also, I like the 9 inch cable, not the 6 inch cable that a lot of people have. So far this is working very well. Definitely recommend both the seller and the product.

This is the second one I've bought. This is the only one I've found that allows multiple devices to work at the same time. My fridge, microwave and toaster all plug into one and I can use all three at the same time. I have a second one that allows me to run an induction cooktop and insta pan at the same time as my freezer. No other surge protector I've tried allows this. These surge protectors keep a poorly designed single outlet kitchen working properly.

Received the extension today. it's on the wall on the i-beam. The cord wraps well around the extension and looks clean when finished. The installation was somewhat "manual". I opened up the extension and used screws long enough to go into the I-beam and a washer for a little stability. Then close the extension after securely attaching the back to the wall. This is a permanent installation. I hope the extension cord doesn't fall out 😄Don't know why I can't upload a photo? I will update in time.
