Power Up Performance with Sustained Amino Boost

I have been using this sustained release amino acid supplement before my workouts and have noticed a significant improvement in my energy and endurance during sessions. It dissolves easily and has no flavor making it easy to incorporate into my routine. The only downside is that it can cause a tingling sensation in the skin, but this is a normal reaction to beta-alanine .Overall, a great addition to my health and household supplement collection..

Good product. good for vitamins, minerals and supplements

Great product, mixes well with water. I take a little less than a full serving before a workout. Helps with fatigue during exercise.
