I gave it 4 stars because I only used it once and I didn't think there was enough flour on it. Otherwise, I like that it's big and doesn't move while you're rolling out the dough.

Excellent sheeting surface. I bought a silicone pad to roll out the dough. This interface is much better. Can be used for cake or pizza dough. It also has clearly visible guide circles for the dough radius. It makes rolling out the dough so much fun.

It took over a month for this item to arrive! He kept telling me he was late! So ask for a cancellation and a refund. It also took me some time to get a refund. Then when it got here I was so frustrated that it was taking so long that I just sent it back and bought it elsewhere. I love the board!

Used for apple pie for Easter dinner. It was the easiest time I've ever made pie crusts and I feel like this board made it so easy. If you are a cake maker I highly recommend buying this. I love rolling out cake dough! It has non-slip feet on the bottom so it doesn't move when I roll out the cake. It is very easy to hand wash and dry. Just dust it well with flour before rolling out anything, then shake it when you're done.
