Good price nice view just wish I could light it. Wait - it's not necessary as it heats the water up so quickly I can just turn it back on for a minute :-)

Upper part of the handle next to the cap, separate from the glass. Thankfully no boiling water spilled, but that's a dangerous glitch after just 4 months of use. I've liked it so far, but I won't buy it again.

I have used it many times and am very satisfied with its performance. I try not to submerge the glass part in water but rather to rinse and clean it. Works great, green light, boiling point, auto shut off, pour water, wait 10 minutes and make the next pot of hot water. , or let it dry by wiping the inside. Thanks for the award!

Product as advertised. There's an auto shut-off, which is important. The heating is fairly quick (quicker than a kettle on the hob) and you can easily see the water boiling so you know when to use it rather than waiting for the auto shut off which is a safety device and no water ready. The blue light is cool but doesn't bother me, but the power button and library open button are conveniently positioned, which I find handy.

I have two kettles. One in the house I live in and one in a house I visit regularly in another state. Both are unbranded and made in China because I charged a low price to buy them. This kettle has all the safety features of all major brands and heats water to the boil for a full kettle (1.7L) in just a few minutes. This is a good product at a low price with the same features and performance. The LED lights are also pretty cool to see as they heat up.
