I would buy again. I love the attachments, how quickly they heat up and how easy they are to use. Be sure to purchase a pack of mop heads (pictured). The mops provided with the kit are not retained. I ordered microfiber with elastic from Revain.

It is difficult for the elderly to use the steamer. hard to press, hard to plug in (short cord means plugging and unplugging a lot) and it's not self-contained as the description says. I have decided to return it, but the handle is not removed after assembly. Does not fit in the return box. I called customer service and they said to pull the handle. No draws. A handheld steamer makes steam but requires a lot of cleaning. I think my daughter will be happy.

The Black & Decker steam mop was easy to assemble and took less than 2 minutes. The mop came with everything you need to clean floors, grout for the bathroom (this is a first) and a clothes steamer (first time another). This is our second steam mop from Black and Decker. So let me start with the two shortcomings I found with both mops and then tell you why I still recommend this one. Drawback number one: 20-foot cables. Which, believe it or not, is longer than the cord that came with my first B&D mop. Twenty feet is shamelessly short for something like this.
