Beyution Vizio XRS551-C Display Remote Control for SB4051-C0 & SB3851-C0 Sound Bar Review

Added a second remote so I don't have to yell at my wife (who is hard of hearing and keeps the first remote) to turn it up or down.

If I turn on the tower fan myself in the summer and want to control the Vizio speaker bar, POWER works on both devices. It's not bad, but definitely annoying.

I bought the XRS551-C but got the XRS351-C instead. I didn't notice the shortcut until I discovered that some INPUT options were missing. My Vizio soundbar has up to 7 inputs. This remote only came up to 5 inputs. I have to get a replacement for that.

Be careful, they sell untested broken product. I bought this VIZIO remote control with a small LCD display, which unfortunately doesn't really work. Everything else works except this one for the same reason I had to buy a replacement.

This remote has been replaced 3 times. The digital "screen" is not working. When I first bought the whole soundbar system it worked. Over time, the display got smaller and smaller until I had to press it to even see my input or menu selection. This is the worst remote control I've ever had. Terrible!

This is the 3rd remote control I have bought, from different sellers, different brands apparently. My biggest concern isn't getting what I pay for, but plastic waste when the remote stops working. So at the end of the day for <$10, don't expect a remote that lasts years. It feels cheap in the hand and the dot matrix screen doesn't even work on this purchase.

The listing is for the XR551-C which is the correct remote for the SB4051 (which I have) but the remote that arrived was the XRS -351-c . It still works for basic functions and as far as I can tell it only loses the second HDMI input in the input menu. This isn't a problem for me as I mostly use the optical input, but it's just questionable and unprofessional. I warn you.

This remote works very well with the Sony GTK-XB7 and is a must have if you don't have a remote. I bought this speaker in an open box from Best Buy and it didn't come with a remote control. So I bought this and it works great with this speaker. You can quickly change the LED lighting using the remote control, and the ability to turn off the LED lighting is really handy without having to go to the Sony app.

This remote control is physically identical to the remote controls for my SB4051-C0 sound systems. The part number label for this remote is not on the inside of this remote (the label is on my factory SB4051-C0 remotes). Pressing the input select button on this remote indicates that two HDMI input selects are missing for the SB4051-C0, but they are not used or required for the SB3851-C0.
