Purchased after the top plastic rollers on my folding doors failed and got stuck in the door frame. They are great and very easy to install. I drilled out the old plastic inserts and inserted them.

It took too long to find a heavy duty double door kit that uses mostly metal components. I have a set of solid wood folding doors where regular plastic pins have broken under their weight. These are durable metals that can withstand weight and use.

If you have ever bought a double door kit with plastic hardware, you should understand that you only need to buy them, not try to use them. It's a cut above the plastic-encased hardware that you stick in the doors. These work as they should. Very satisfied.

This was ridiculous as the nails provided didn't go through the holes, too big and too long. Mine I'm pointing to is still long, but they go through a hole. Also everything went fine but I had a hard time finding nails that went through the holes. I will update if so.

As another poster pointed out, I wish the floor mount was a star mount and not a nut. I was able to reuse the old part with the kit to do this job, but if it broke or got stuck in the door, as some reviewers have noted, it wouldn't have worked. Overall good design? I'm not sure why doors aren't built with this kind of hardware. Prolly make 2 cents cheaper.

The double door wheels mounted on top of the door are too short to reach the track, about half the size of the original wheels that came with the door. Okay as they mount to the top of the door they are a lot stronger than the standard ones that just fit in the hole in the door they have a flange so they don't hang out but it might not be a height issue.

I used this to fix where old hardware was hanging in wood holes. In addition to the nails, I set these repair bits into loose hoes using JB WoodWeld Epoxy. It worked 100%. I would give an extra star if the kit includes a notched or notched bottom pivot in addition to the straight. I had to purchase the notched bottom hinges separately as there was no room to fit the one provided without cutting about 3/8 inch from the door.
