Great price, good design, comfortable fit! Nothing bad to say

Likes: - Easily attaches to saddle and provides a very secure fit - Fits easily into frame and is very strong, even on my 1980's trash bike **ALWAYS BUY EP grease ** Dislikes: - currently not! If it breaks while driving, I'll let you know!

A little heavy but very durable. part of good value.

It is a bit heavy but reliable. For the price it couldn't be better. My new 10 year old bike came with a kickstand that wasn't extended far enough for it to fully extend the bottom pedal. This fits perfectly and leaves him a few inches of extension to use as he grows.

Well designed seat post

Bought for my specialized bike. The original seat post was junk. During a trip in the last century, the seat kept tipping up no matter how I put it on. This mounting post is slotted to keep the seat at the right angle and it works great. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a new post.

What's wrong with high quality?

I'm used to lowering the price of overseas products as common names like "FOMTOR" are well priced but not always great quality. From the box and on the bike it looks like a quality product. That works great. Used on my Haro Downtown 24 BMX bike. it's a bit long for this application, but I don't lower the seat all the way. Works well.

A little under 27.2mm. Closer to 26.6

It does what it's supposed to do, supports my seat (and me). There was a small problem with the size. The original Diamondback seatpost was exactly 27.2mm. There was nothing wrong with the mechanics of the Diamondback, it just had one damper which I despised, so I needed a regular straight seatpost. This replacement was 26.6mm. I had to modify the clamp slightly and using a grinder slightly widen the gap on the bike frame. Once that was done, he worked like a champ.

SUPER Seat bolt sticking

I've been trying to get the saddle bolt out since I put it in and just had to. I've oiled it, hit the bolt with a hammer, tried unscrewing the nut with pliers, went online to try and find hacks/answers (none of which indicated anything other than what I had tried) . I noticed one thing that struck me as odd. When I received it, it turned out that the bolt was not at a 90ยฐ angle. Maybe I'm just unlucky, but I'm disappointed that something like this was posted from the start; and it looks likeโ€ฆ

I got one of these with a CLOSED bolt

Firstly, it didn't come out as originally promised; lasted four days when Revain Prime had a box office rating of two. When it arrived the seat post clamp bolt was completely immobile. I tried to lubricate it on the nut with pliers, holding it and putting a lot of pressure on the hex wrench. Nothing worked. I've built road bikes from scratch and have never come across a bolt frozen like this. I'm not sure if it's glued in there, cross-threaded, or if they used a power wrench to tighten itโ€ฆ

Cheap but good at seatposts

I bought these to upgrade a fixed angle seatpost on an older Schwinn so it's already an upgrade from the original. Just got it, just installed, just set up and asked my daughter to try it as it's for her. Now she really likes the seat angle as the stem angle was pretty positive. When he"almost flat". will he break I don't know, but not in my application. I actually had to cut about 5 inches off the post to allow it to fully sink into the frame, so mine most likely won't break. When I cut theโ€ฆ
