โ˜… Please confirm your bike handlebar diameter is 31.8mm (1-1/4") or 25.4mm (1'') before order!!!. โ˜… The bike stem is sturdy, constructed of high-strength aluminum alloy. Well designed short bike stem with 35mm length. โ˜… Easy to install, just connect up the original front fork. Four bolt bar clamp holds handlebar securely. โ˜… Depending on the thickness of your handlebar, you may need to install a shim. Be sure to use glue on threads if any loosen up. โ˜… Use the 7 degree bike stem to achieve a more comfortable riding position, the pain caused by the original setup in shoulders/arms/back had to be corrected. This stem and a riser handlebar did the trick, allow you to sit more upright on bike which is better for your back.

Not Worth the Risk best in my review

If you're looking for a product that will add stability and control to your bike, look elsewhere. Through trial and error, I found that this handlebar extender was not only ineffective but also potentially dangerous. The only pro is that it was easy to install. The cons heavily outweigh the pros in this case - it did not improve my handling, it failed to hold my phone securely and it even caused a dangerous wobble when used at high speeds. Save your money and don't take the risk with thisโ€ฆ

Inexpensive handlebar, stem and stem

Perfect quality for what I needed and at a great price. I ride a hardtail on the so-called intermediate trails. As long as you aren't sending a lot of air onto your downhill bike I would be confident in using this stem.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I've been looking for a nice 35-40mm stem for a couple of weeks and when I saw this one popping up one day I settled on $12.99. I could try Seems to be of good quality, no blemishes or hiccups that would make me balk at riding it on my bike. The standard stem was 60mm long so going to that 35mm is a big difference! Will update when I take the bike for a few rides. Update 12/16/2020: Been on the trails, a few jumps and had a decent amount of time riding with this stem installed. Absolutely noโ€ฆ
