UPDATE: August 2021 almost 3 years later and our 2 latest biobidets break. On one of them the hinges broke and this time even the frame broke. I only weigh 185 pounds and my wife is much lighter. Plastic hinges on these bidets are a weak point. Another bidet causes electrical problems, causing the outlet to burst, the switch to turn off, and one of the outlets to burn out.
