Review on 🚽 White Bio Bidet BB-1000W Supreme Elongated Bidet Toilet Seat by Troy Robinson

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Almost 9 years in use, 4 units later Important review for this model

UPDATE: August 2021 almost 3 years later and our 2 latest biobidets break. On one of them the hinges broke and this time even the frame broke. I only weigh 185 pounds and my wife is much lighter. Plastic hinges on these bidets are a weak point. Another bidet causes electrical problems, causing the outlet to burst, the switch to turn off, and one of the outlets to burn out. Other reviewers here mention the same electrical issues. It's within the 3 year warranty so I'll contact the manufacturer and see if they offer a warranty. I am parting with this brand after 9 years of use. Cheap hinges need updating on this model. With the high price they charge, Revain has better options. This time I chose Ivyel GL-3. It has all the necessary functions: enema, washing, water heating and seats, even LED lighting. and $200 less than this Biobidet model. Don't worry if you order this deodorant biobidet, it doesn't do anything. To give you feedback on how long they last. The first broke down around the 4th year, the second - on the 6th. I sent the first one back to Biobidet and for $150 they rebuilt the pump parts etc and it's been working great ever since. The second toilet seat cracked at the hinge. With normal use, the pump stopped working after a few months. I paid $499 for both 6 years ago. Seeing it at Revain for $379 got me a new one instead of sending the broken one in for repair. Yes, I bought another one, even though there are so many other bidets now. I could easily afford a more expensive one, but after reading all the reviews on the more expensive, even premium, Biobidet models, this particular BB-1000 model has good pressure for an enema water jet. The water jet of an enema is the best means of body care. There are some things I don't like about this bidet, but the water pressure on the enema function does the trick! My wife and I both agree that we never want to live with a bidet that doesn't have a good enema function. CONS: The seat changes color and looks cheap and old. Ugly cream color. Batteries don't work in the remote control, just the regular AA ones. Begins to deteriorate after 4 years of normal use. expensive to repair. Pros: The enema water pressure is strong enough to get the job done. Seat heating and water heating work well. Remote control. 4 years out, then it's worth the price. I don't like the cream color and faded look as it doesn't go with anything in my renovated bathrooms but until I find a bidet that looks good and has a strong enema jet I'll stick with it just because it's pressurized water works the first time 4 years good Update: My bidet broke again, which was restored 3.5 years ago. This time it's electric and runs the GFI. I called BioBidet, they said "at least" $185 for repairs, maybe more. They also said they have a 3 year warranty and about a 3 year lifespan. I decided to throw this one away and buy a new one. I found a damaged box here at Revain for $325. I see the prices for this model at Revain vary a lot so please be patient. I have noticed some changes with the new BB-1000 that I received. The seats are now all white instead of cream. The appearance of the console has also changed, the enema function is now called Vortex. I calculated I got 8.5 years of this by remodeling it once for $150. Until the manufacturer makes a model with a strong enema function, I will continue to buy this one, even if it breaks every 4-5 years.
