I work in the commercial video industry and have used hundreds of different XLR cables over the years. We mainly use them from boom microphones to cameras or dual system audio recorders and these cables are durable, have a very low signal to noise ratio and a very clear sound. I will buy them again.

I really like the braided cable, strong and hardworking. The male and female XLR connectors fit my mixer and speakers very well. The sound remains intact and in very high resolution. NO gremlins here, they're perfect for short patches - from floorbox to mixer to amp - or for that one guitarist or vocalist who insists on being a few more feet from their floorbox. They work. You have found it with this cable. 30cm I bought these to at least clear up some tangled cords. What they do, and they also carry sound indistinguishable from some custom made, high quality 2m cables. While it's not necessary to have different colored cables, it does make it a little easier to work with different channels without confusion. * I admit that I write down where each color goes. Good cables. I would buy them again.

I use these cables for my home studio. I like that they are affordable and suitable for a chain. I only use these 6ft cords because I can hang them on the wall to grab and access without getting tangled. Since these are XLR cables, I can build 12-foot, 18-foot, and 24-foot cables as needed without noticeable signal defragmentation. Three of the first four cables I tested (out of a set of 10) were defective and my cable tester showed intermittent shorts. Stopped there and sent back but left a bad review here. The manufacturer then contacted me directly and offered to send me a replacement. I agreed. The new 10 pack is actually just two of their 5 packs so I didn't receive all the colors pictured.
