This phone is not practical for regular office use. As a result of my tests, I determined that the speakerphone feature doesn't work correctly, resulting in low sound quality. This phone rings so soft it's ridiculous. My brother needs big buttons and he needs to hear when he calls. If I could return it I would.

This is a good phone for visually impaired people. White numbers on a black background are clearly visible. The phone is not very high quality and we have already ordered a replacement: there was a problem with the wiring. So far the new ones are working fine.
