The product only works on 120V not on 220V

The product does not work in my country because the voltage is 120V but in my country it is 220V so I have to use 110-220V / 220- Use 110V I use the machine. I don't know why the seller doesn't tell us this important item. No information in the description. No information in the specifications and details. No information in the product information

It doesn't get any better.

This is the best you can get in a dual action polisher. I had very persistent defects that caused my carrier cable to just not be out of phase. Just a few passes with rupes and they were gone. This tool is so cool I've already painted my whole family experimenting with this thing. PS The item was shipped quickly and arrived on time. Props to the seller.

This car keeps stalling. About 7 years ago in detail.

Maybe I got a bad car. I'm not sure, but it seems like 15mm of travel isn't enough for the baseplate. This machine literally stops at the slightest bend in the body panel, making it very difficult to get the job done. The base plate has to rotate and oscillate to get the right amount of error removal, and this machine just can't do that. I usually just use my 21mm or 12mm rupees to get my job done. I never had any problems with them. I would rate others 5 stars but this machine sucks and I…

This polishing machine won with good reason

Absolutely wonderful. I chose that and not Griots. Almost double the money but it came down to wanting to be happy for the duration of the polish. Decisive were weight, build quality etc. This one uses 500 watts to achieve the same speed and RPM as Griots with 1100 watts. They act like the 1100W is reliable and amazing, and they're actually not that good or efficient because they're not more powerful, just using twice the power to do the same thing. Where is this extra energy going? Possibly…

no different than cable porter

I bought this [expensive] product as it was the latest and greatest considering the price which turned out to be a huge disappointment. To be honest the operation of this Rupes machine isn't much different than what my 8 year old Porter Cable can do. I have borrowed cheaper machines (Adams, Giorots etc.) which just did their job well. It has more to do with the combination of seals and product than the machine - all machines do pretty much the same thing (rotary machines not included). ). I see

Amazing as expected

Training on torq buffer, switching to rupes day and night with no sacrifice and no skill distinction. I'm by no means a professional detailer, but this random orbit makes every detail smoother and more serious with smooth power delivery and new (upgraded from the MkII) features. The extended power cord is a big plus which I really appreciate, also the cord itself doesn't feel cheap, it feels thick but not obtrusive. It still feels pliable without sacrificing brittleness, it feels sturdy, but so
