A simple tool for an important job. Park Tool is offering them at 3 times the price. If you are a professional bike mechanic, I can understand buying a professional tool for the price. But for the DIYer, this tool is perfect. Great quality and worked great.

Didn't work with my Race Face BB92 bottom bracket, 24mm. Although the bottom bracket meets specifications, the inner diameter of the mandrel touches the outer ring of the bottom bracket cup. The BB specifically says to only press on the cup ring and not the bearing race as I'm pretty sure it will cause damage. Unfortunately I need to find another tool or new drifts to make this work. The bottom bracket setup was not compatible with the SRAB DUB fitment on my Canyon. I was able to order this kit separately and it worked like a charm installing my new BB. The addition of DUB Press Fit compatible plates meant the setup was tamper proof as the plates ensure both sides of the bottom bracket are perfectly aligned. You'll obviously have to line them up before you start twisting the sides together, but once you've done that and hand-tighten the spindle initially, take your Allen…
