good tool. Didn't work with my Race Face bottom bracket

Didn't work with my Race Face BB92 bottom bracket, 24mm. Although the bottom bracket meets specifications, the inner diameter of the mandrel touches the outer ring of the bottom bracket cup. The BB specifically says to only press on the cup ring and not the bearing race as I'm pretty sure it will cause damage. Unfortunately I need to find another tool or new drifts to make this work. It seemed like a nice simple tool that could have been used differently. It seems silly to pay around $100 for another brand for such a simple tool.
