I have quite thin wrists, actually the photo illustration looks like a photo of MY hand/wrist. I have a big one and they are about to to stop circulation.I'll wet them to see if they stretch a little.Nevertheless, good quality for the price.Addendum: wetting them was stupid.The skin shrinks as it dries out.I use mink oil for my boots so i rubbed it on both sides and flexed them a few times now they are very comfortable and stretched perfectly.

Should be returned as it did not fit. (They run small, by the way.) I couldn't even buckle them because they were too tight. I'm not that big of a guy. From the outside, the leather is quite sturdy and has a smooth, rubbery texture. It was also an odd width. All in all a cheap looking, poorly designed, cheap leather piece with a few clasps.
