Best Automotive Suspension Upgrade

After trying this product, my automotive experience has been smooth and balanced. I have not experienced any tilting during cornering and my ride is more stable than ever. 2 Thumbs Up - Parts

This is Bilstein. You get what you pay for. There's a reason GM uses Bilsteins for its mid-size trucks from the factory, because they're tough and last a long time. My '82 El Camino now handles and drives like a Camaro instead of a marshmallow.

Pros
  • Shocks, Struts & Suspension
Cons
  • Doubtful Purchase for the Elderly

How: The quality (responsiveness) of these dampers. Dislikes: No hardware diagram included showing correct placement of rubber bushings/mounts. 1 shiny metal disc over 1 nylon disc on top and 1 matte disc on bottom. You'll also need an Allen wrench instead of an adjustable wrench, although I prefer an adjustable wrench to hold the top of the stem while you tighten the lock nut. Also spray penetrating oil on the old fasteners before removing, let it dry a bit to loosen dirt and rust, which helps
