Bilstein 24 066464 5100 Shock Absorber Review

They work great with my leveling kit. Factory shocks would come from the dips. These shock absorbers have a major impact on ride quality.

I don't know why I waited so long to change my shock absorbers. Bilstein shocks are a great fit for a 2007.5 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins 4x4 Mega Cab Truck.

I installed these shocks on the front of my 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 Quad Cab along with Theron coil springs for height adjustment and couldn't be happier! I really want to get and install a Bilstein 5100 (24-191203) from Bilstein Customer Service for my 0" rear lift pickup truck, besides deploying airbags when towing my 5 wheel trailer.

These amazing shocks really breathed life into an old truck. I drive a '97 Dodge RAM 2500 Cummins and before I changed the dampers, driving at high speeds or cornering was such a problem. After installing them, I feel like my truck is finally driving as part of the road instead of rocking all over the place. I would highly recommend these dampers for their price and smooth ride. There are hard ones, but I like to ride that way

This is the correct length for Dodge 2500 4x4 with Fabtech 4.5" lift kit. They are the same length as the white Fabtech shocks they replaced. Just by looking at them it is obvious that they are much better than the white snubbers that come with the lift kit. The truck drives like new with them, they make a big difference. I was skeptical about how much they would do and was deeply impressed.

Understand that it is a big and dangerous task to install by yourself. Big Tip: Leave the plastic rings compressed around the rack when installing. DO NOT cut the strap until the rack is fully installed and the rack posts are fully secured, otherwise this is literally impossible. If you install them correctly and without mistakes, it won't be as dangerous a job and will be worth the thousands of dollars saved in mechanic wages.
