Bioc version 3 software suite provides easy visualization, statistics & plotting

I like that it has many functions for different types of experiments done in genomics/transcriptomic data sets such as gene expression arrays or next generation sequencing (RNA seq). It can handle very large matrices with thousands upon thousands of variables and hundreds of samples. You can even download other people's code into your own workspace without having access to their original folder structure by setting up custom environment file paths.
