My son is 6'2" and 315 lbs and we bought him an XXL. Fits great / well made. He says it's very comfortable, easy to put on and offers solid protection. We've tried many others and this one will take him from high school to college football.

I have a sprained bicep and this is the only bandage I can use to relieve pain. Other braces just don't compare and I've tried many. I first ordered XXL for my 18 inch biceps, the bicep part is adjustable so could be bigger. However, part of the forearm was too big. That's wrong, I would recommend going one size smaller than your measurement.

Sturdy elbow bandage. This is more for a secretly injured elbow or a post-operative patient. I love that you can adjust your elbow and prevent it from fully extending. The metal brackets on both sides can be removed for washing. Feels like it's a bit big. I was measured exactly on the middle line XL and XXL. I'm a tall guy so I chose XXL but XL would have been better. The material is a good mix of proper neoprene shell material. The surgery is next week, so hopefully I'll use the post-op as…
