🛏️ White Gel Coated BioPEDIC Bed Wedge Review

This gave me what I wanted. My health has improved since I started using it a few months ago. Not too hot for Florida weather. It's very hard, almost too hard, so I need a pillow with it. I'm still struggling with not sleeping evenly, so I'm not feeling very well, but I sleep well and wake up fresher.

I already had a wedge pillow and was expecting some comfort. I have to recline because of reflux and this pillow does the job but is just as comfortable as lying on a stack of bricks. I hope it will soften over time but I'm not counting on it. In my experience you need to add another (softer) pillow if you want a good night's sleep.

Disappointing! The memory foam is only about 1/2 inch thick and is bonded to regular polyurethane foam with a layer of cooling gel about 1/8 inch thick. Bought for my father who has chronic asthma. to the point that when he breathes, he sometimes appears like a human harmonica. He hasn't slept much in years because he can't breathe. He sleeps on his side or sometimes (if an occasional dream happens) on his back. He can put it down and sleep at an angle on his side, which helps him sleep more than usual. My dad is 60 years old if that matters to anyone reading this review.

I have used it three (3) times. 1. I use it on my outdoor exercise mat for two of my 10 mobility exercises with my weights, two of which are on my back, raise my head up, raise the bar straight with both hands and count to 15, and to stretch mine Bend legs and pull my knees to stomach, repeat to 15. 2. I use this exercise for YouTube's Epley Maneuver for Vertigo, back of head tilted 20 degrees from top to bottom. Part for three different positions as shown on YouTube. 3. I can take it on a trip
